At Padre Coffee, we want you to enjoy every brew, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on equipment and a satisfaction guarantee on our fresh-roasted beans. If your order isn't quite right, we are committed to making it right through a simple exchange or refund process.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our roasting team within 30 days of purchase with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Ensure items are in their original packaging; for coffee beans, please ensure the bag is still at least 75% full for quality assessment.
- 3.Ship Items Back
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or local post office.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement beans within 3 business days.
